Our fitness classes are run by qualified Zumba instructors, who have completed the training of Zumba Fitness for ages 12+ but have also completed speciality training and become certified in Zumba Kids for ages 7-11, Zumba Kids Jnr. for ages 3-6 and Zumba Gold for ages 50+, pregnant women and people with disabilities and special needs. We incorporate upbeat Christian songs, to get everyone active in a fun, interactive environment building social and motor skills. We also run Family classes for parents and kids to do the class together creating a special bond as they dance and work out together.

Our music classes are run by a lady who has studied a Bachelor in Contemporary Music at WAAPA, has many years experience in the music industry and has her own vocal coaching business, Motivation Studios. For us, she has come onboard to teach discounted individual lessons, with further discounts for people with concessions, free group singing lessons, gospel choirs and free workshops teaching vocal techniques and performance skills.

Our creative arts classes are run by one of our volunteers who travelled from Wisconsin, USA, just to be a part of what we do! She has a Bachelor Degree in Art and has been travelling overseas doing ministry work with her degree and gaining more training since 2010. This program is especially designed for kids, to get a taste of multiple art mediums and express creativity whilst infusing biblical principles. It involves a range of different activities such as interpretative dance, drama, art (painting, clay, drawing, photography, graphic design) all incorporated into one program so that kids, or adults, can just have fun and express themselves!
